Information on the Site — including descriptions of homes, communities (such as Madeira), pricing references, and availability — is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.

3. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
References to available homes, floor plans, spec homes, or community developments (including Madeira subdivision homes) are subject to change, prior sale, and availability. All projects, pricing, and availability are subject to a separate written agreement between SI Builders and the client.
4. Requests for Information / Consultations
Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing SI Builders to request information does not create a contractual obligation between you and SI Builders. Any construction project, quote, or service will be governed by a separate written contract executed by both parties.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms (A2P Messaging)
These terms apply to individuals who opt in to receive text messages from SI Builders.
a. Program Description
By opting in via our website form, in-person intake, or verbal consent, you agree to receive text messages from SI Builders regarding:
